Is China in Revelations?

Friday, April 24th, 2009

The Book of Revelations in Chapter 18 speaks of a city called Babylon.  A city that actually has the world relying on it for it's appeasement and amusement.  The Word of God here goes like this:

1 After all this I saw another angel come down from heaven with great authority, and the earth grew bright with his splendor. 2 He gave a mighty shout:

“Babylon is fallen—that great city is fallen!
She has become a home for demons.
She is a hideout for every foul spirit,
a hideout for every foul vulture
and every foul and dreadful animal.

3 For all the nations have fallen

because of the wine of her passionate immorality.

   The kings of the world
      have committed adultery with her.
Because of her desires for extravagant luxury,
the merchants of the world have grown rich.”

4 Then I heard another voice calling from heaven,

“Come away from her, my people.
Do not take part in her sins,
or you will be punished with her.
5 For her sins are piled as high as heaven,
and God remembers her evil deeds.
6 Do to her as she has done to others.
Double her penalty for all her evil deeds.
She brewed a cup of terror for others,
so brew twice as much for her.
7 She glorified herself and lived in luxury,
so match it now with torment and sorrow.
   She boasted in her heart,
‘I am queen on my throne.
   I am no helpless widow,
and I have no reason to mourn.’
8 Therefore, these plagues will overtake her in a single day—
      death and mourning and famine.
She will be completely consumed by fire,
for the Lord God who judges her is mighty.”

9 And the kings of the world who committed adultery with her and enjoyed her great luxury will mourn for her as they see the smoke rising from her charred remains. 10 They will stand at a distance, terrified by her great torment. They will cry out,

“How terrible, how terrible for you,
      O Babylon, you great city!
   In a single moment
      God’s judgment came on you.”

11 The merchants of the world will weep and mourn for her, for there is no one left to buy their goods. 12 She bought great quantities of gold, silver, jewels, and pearls; fine linen, purple, silk, and scarlet cloth; things made of fragrant thyine wood, ivory goods, and objects made of expensive wood; and bronze, iron, and marble. 13She also bought cinnamon, spice, incense, myrrh, frankincense, wine, olive oil, fine flour, wheat, cattle, sheep, horses, chariots, and bodies—that is, human slaves.

14 “The fancy things you loved so much
      are gone,” they cry.
   “All your luxuries and splendor
      are gone forever,
      never to be yours again.”

15 The merchants who became wealthy by selling her these things will stand at a distance, terrified by her great torment. They will weep and cry out,

16 “How terrible, how terrible for that great city!
She was clothed in finest purple and scarlet linens,
decked out with gold and precious stones and pearls!
   17 In a single moment
all the wealth of the city is gone!”

And all the captains of the merchant ships and their passengers and sailors and crews will stand at a distance. 18 They will cry out as they watch the smoke ascend, and they will say, “Where is there another city as great as this?” 19 And they will weep and throw dust on their heads to show their grief. And they will cry out,

“How terrible, how terrible for that great city!
      The shipowners became wealthy
by transporting her great wealth on the seas.
In a single moment it is all gone.”

20 Rejoice over her fate, O heaven
and people of God and apostles and prophets!
For at last God has judged her
      for your sakes.

21 Then a mighty angel picked up a boulder the size of a huge millstone. He threw it into the ocean and shouted,

“Just like this, the great city Babylon
will be thrown down with violence
and will never be found again.
22 The sound of harps, singers, flutes, and trumpets
will never be heard in you again.
   No craftsmen and no trades
will ever be found in you again.
   The sound of the mill
will never be heard in you again.
23 The light of a lamp
will never shine in you again.
The happy voices of brides and grooms
will never be heard in you again.
For your merchants were the greatest in the world,
and you deceived the nations with your sorceries.
24 In your[f] streets flowed the blood of the prophets and of God’s holy people

and the blood of people slaughtered all over the world.” NEW LIVING TRANSLATION.

China is in a very responsible position right now, many of our countries around the world are borrowing from her.  She is also purchasing foreign assets like never before because of the global down-turn.

The smoke is already rising over China, the smoke of many merchants.  Blood has flowed in the streets, the Blood of many good Christian prophets.  They have been bashed and tortured for freely sharing God's Word.  Many big shipping companys and businesses rely on her for making a rich living.  China's products are making many in the west happy by surrounding their lives with her products.  It is now a very rich country due to her labours and many exploits and I congratulate them for it.  Work without a Love for Godly Living or God's people is pointless.  She has killed many of God's created babies due to population culling.  Now Australia, like many other western nations, want their money and their help, but for what?

monks.jpg Monks are just a side issue when compared with the true Christian Holocaust here.

It has been reported that 30 million Chinese Christians have been killed since the 1960s. Possibly more as reporting such atrocities have always been quashed by the media.  There is also truth that with any large population group there will no doubt be greater sin against God Himself.  That should only bring about a greater appreciation of true responsibility.

There is a warning in verse 4 to not be a part of any such city or we too will be cut down like Babylon.  I'm not saying China has to go down this way, but what I am saying is that if this country continues to bash, kill and imprison God's servants of Love, then it will have a Babylonic mishap that will render it's so called power useless.  Something far greater than an economic mishap will ever do.  I am called to love my neighbour, and therefore I must love Chinese people as I do, but in order to love I need to warn my neighbour also or else my love has no foundation.

Let's pray for China, pray it steers a course away from God's Judgement and appreciates the truth and continues to seek truth before it is too late.   It needs to repent of her sins against God like all of us and stop it's progress through killing. They need to get right before God before it is too late, before their richness will account for nothing.  God Willing…….  God Bless.

Your Bubble? Has it burst?

The world is in slow down but is it really just levelling back to some normality?  Interesting how quickly business opens it's doors with a nice cuppa for it's customers when all is rosy. Bring on a cut back because of out of control greed and they are all suddenly closing doors.  As if they have never profited at all.

What I also find interesting is a report that the polar ice caps are actually regaining volume while our world governments push on a carbon tax to tax the air we breath.  They say it's irresponsible to ignore global storming, I say it is irresponsible to always leave God out of the solution.  You take a product back to it's owner when you need help with it.  Now let's take ourselves back to our owner and sort it out His way.  Yahweh!  Yahshua!  Jesus!!!

jesus-whipped.jpg An inconvenient Creator!

This planet would be as dead as Mars without Him.  You would not have been knitted together without Him, and yet many of us act as though He can twiddle His fingers while we all make a mess of things.

I am personally glad that economic downturn has happened in this supposed global warming upturn.  I think it is God's justice to make them clash, to give more time for the salvation of those who still need Jesus.  More time before the International Monetary Fund takes over with a new archaic system called the Mark of the beast.  It is time to take every opportunity to help people into the truth.  We have the muslim extreme wing going all out killing those who wont bow to their allah as they infiltrate Pakistan.  We need more Christians praying and helping people into their Creators Kingdom now, for now is the Day of Salvation declares the Lord.  True fact, and we need to quit appeasing the godless by accepting all religions that are lies, and get people onto God while the avalanche of the anti-christ is still being held back.from-above-photographic-print-c12189355.jpeg    God Bless…….
